Support cyrillic names for custom columns (filed on behalf of @vikarti)

- when I configure plugin and want to select column for annotations and column has cyrillic title, Marvin XD doesn't allow it.

here search name for column was commens but title was Комментарии

I've fixed this error in the development version of MXD. It will be released as part of the 1.1 update when it is released, or you can download the development version to your desktop and install it by following these steps:

• Disconnect any devices
• Start calibre, open Preferences|Advanced|Plugins, click Load plugin from file.
• Select the downloaded plugin .zip file.
• After installing the plugin, restart calibre.

If you have any further issues with non-english column names, please reopen this issue.
