This is already functional in production, but can be streamlined with more attention to project-open-data/project-open-data.github.io#247

A validator is available at http://labs.data.gov/dashboard/validate

All data.json based harvest sources can be seen at http://catalog.data.gov/harvest?&source_type=datajson
