additional reports for CRM tool

Useful tools would be exporting a report by agency, CRM request type (New Data Request, New Data Issue, New Data Story), and sort by date.

Few changes that are discussed to be implemented:

• Advanced Export to include the Date Rage, show the data that falls under Date selected
• Create similar filters to display the data on the page.
• "Report Details" page also to include the Filters for export and page display

In addition to adding a "sort by date range" feature for exports (from Idris):

1. When "CRM Request Type" is "All" for an export- the request type (New Data Issue, Data Story, e.t.c) should be listed as a field in the export file.
2. We should have a feature that allows for Export by "All" under the "Agency Responsible" tab, and the export file should have a field where the agencies are listed.

Thank you Idris, we will look into the below features.

#1 – Looks like Category ID is same underlying code for (new Data Issue, Data Story etc), if you filter the export by only “New Data Request” you will see 2 records with category_id “2”. However we will change it to readable text values

#2 – Similar to above, looks like code for agency responsible is available, we just need to change it to full name in the export.
