[Delta] /warp /back and /home function intermittently

What did you try to do, and what did you expect to happen?

Typing /home in the chat

What happend instead? (Attach screenshots if needed)

I get the "transportation commencing in 5 seconds, don't move" warning, but the teleportation doesn't initiate. The teleportation starting message or teleportation cancelled message do not show either. Similar issues happen with /warp and /back. Retrying sometimes gets you through, but usually not.

What do you suggest instead/what changes do you propose?

Possibly the server plugins have been recently changed and can be reverted?

Are you trying to do this near a miner or fluid pump? Sometimes the teleportations get cancelled because the FakePlayer action gets ascribed to the player.

That seems to be a related factor, yes. I do not actually get the "teleportation cancelled" messages though.
