Scene Inspector text selection and drag/drop

The SceneInspector currently displays text which isn't selectable. We need to change this to be selectable and also to allow drag and drop of the values out and into the NodeEditor and elsewhere. Values should be dragged as what they are (e.g. V3fData rather than a string which happens to contain three numbers).
