Historically, cclyzer++ was part of MATE. MATE includes signatures for a lot of libc and other C library functions that we should import to this repo. The signatures live here: https://github.com/GaloisInc/MATE/blob/5abdf0953cb4b1a9eecc40db7930cb5b694ef23d/default-signatures.yml
