Description:
Add a generic tool to parse arbitrary websites to retrieve patch notes. This would allow games like League of Legends, which do not provide an API or RSS feed, to be added too.

The provider should also be configurable through JSON files, e.g. by configuring which class corresponds to a patch and which class corresponds to the patch's title, etc.
