Review exit codes+ new alert for fatal errors

A review of all exit codes needs to be completed. I have a plan to give an alert message for all fatal errors i.e "show stoppers" this will ensure that admins know about an issue if it stops the server from running. Becuase of this exit codes must be reviewed to ensure they they meet standards. I.e only a fatal error if it stops a command from running. fatal alerts will also be checked to ensure that the admin is not spamed with messages.

exit codes are now up to standard, however, no alerts for fatal errors. I dont think there is a need to add alerts to fatal errors. I will close this
