Mac Air sdk 33.1.1.406 adl and flash.text.TextField #695
Comments
What's your MacOS version? I just checked and couldn't see "SFCompactRounded" or "CTFontLogSystemFontNameRequest" in the source code.. |
I use MacOS 11.2.1, I don't have this message using AIR 32 or Air 33.1.1.345, only using adl (debug), not adt. |
the size of "bin/adl" is 41 ko in Air 33.1.1.345 and 156 ko in Air 33.1.1.406 |
Hi - I've just checked the "adl" binary in the AIR 33.1.1.406 SDK zip files for MacOS, these are showing as 39,856 bytes. This is the same also in the .444 release, but in .476 it's a universal binary with x86_64 and arm64 included hence it gets bigger. But are you able to check your original SDK download there .. not sure but something may have gone wrong somehow in extracting them?! thanks |
sorry, you're right 156 ko is the size in Air 33.1.1.476 |
Okay thanks ... reproduced it here now, that's really odd! Will ask someone to investigate (although it's relatively minor..) |
Update here .. there is code in AIR to enumerate the available fonts on the system, and there is a comment in there about ignoring fonts whose names start with a ".". But the code is actually trying to create all the fonts from the enumerated name, and then creating the font in order to get the display name. When the enumerated name starts with a "." we see this problem; so we can just move the filtering earlier in the code to avoid this issue... |
Thanks, good job. |
Should be fixed in 33.1.1.533, please check and re-open if necessary. |
