Tabs Outliner had a feature in which you could clone the Tab Outliner display into 2 separately scrollable windows. This made it much easier to drag-and-drop entries between remote parts of the hierarchy. I've just installed your extension and couldn't find this capability. Does it exist and I just don't see it or is it in the Roadmap?
