Adding navbar to blog pages

• There are two blog pages and both of them have a 'go back' button instead of a full-fledged navbar.

• This limits the user interaction and decreases ease of use.

• I would like to add a navbar and also make the Logo redirect to the Home page when clicked.

  

• I would love to make the following changes as a part of GSSoC'23. Could this issue be assigned to me @Gaurav-Verma07?

Hey vsatwika ,can u assign me this task ,I have prior experience building navbars. I am a GSSoc contributor will be very nice if u giv e me the opportunity
