Error: java.lang.IllegalStateException: buildToolsVersion is not specified. #14

产生原因

SDK BuildTool版本有问题，可能为不存在或者不完全。

解决方案

更改build.gradle中android节点下buildToolsVersion 中的版本号。

手动集成下面这个开源项目的时候（https://github.com/gzu-liyujiang/AndroidPicker），导入“library”下的相关module，也会出现buildToolsVersion is not specified,更改buildToolsVersion的版本号，还是会出现这个问题

将buildToolsVersion更改为本地存在的版本，另外，原项目已经提供了集成方式，一般情况没必要手动集成吧(´･_･`)
