This seems to be intermittent.

  • Log in with direct connection (GCI connection may also be affected; haven't tested that).
  • Open three windows from the launcher; some combination of evaluator and process list
  • Disconnect

This should close all three windows, but sometimes leaves one open.
If it matters, I had two profiles in my profile list when I observed this, but all my logins were done with the first one.
