  • There is limited support for distributed teams (eg, Open Source project teams) doing GenderMag together, and what there is so far works better for on-paper GenderMag'ing than for GenderMag'ing with this tool. (See Issue Convert distributed setting guide to MD file #94 for the current level of support.) Note that Issue Convert distributed setting guide to MD file #94 needs to be fixed first, before proceeding with this issue.

  • Why:Now that COVID is here, most people are working from home -- thus almost every software team is a distributed team

  • Fit with Project goals: This has become high priority because we're now focusing on how GenderMag usage can help Open Source Project teams build the most inclusive project environments and products that they can.

  • More information: see Issue Convert distributed setting guide to MD file #94.

Possible Idea: One possible feature that might help with this support is to figure out how to import segments of zoom-chat contents into the "why" portions of the GenderMag analysis forms.
