Describe the bug
It appears we're seeing a similar issue to that fixed in #255:

When the user navigates to a parcel via the dashboard jump-to function and then clicks the "Open in Spatial Browser" button, the parcel and its content are not loaded. Maybe the recent change in how parcels are defined/displayed retriggered the issue?
