Ansible playbook referred to in the documentation is missing #2447

In the section: http://docs.geonode.org/en/latest/tutorials/install_and_admin/geonode_install/using_ansible.html

A playbook is referred to as being on the virtual machine. It would be great to put the same playbook somewhere in the repo so users can use it.

I'm doing some Ansible work for provisioning multiple GeoNode instances on a shared CentOS machine. I should have a community version ready in a few weeks.
