i got some city building shapefiles of china,but i dont know how to import these files to postgis, then provide 3d tiles for cesium,please help me

Did rewrite the getting started document see https://github.com/Geodan/pg2b3dm/blob/master/getting_started.md

At the moment, the generation of 3D Tiles for MapBox is described. The procedure for Cesium is roughly the same, only do transformation to 4978 not 3857.
