If the end of an audio sample is not at zero crossing, the resulting audio will have DC offset

IDK if this is intentional or not. Maybe it is by design. I'm not sure. But I decided to report this.
Here is an example of a bass drum click audio sample.

If I use it the resulting kick has DC offset.
