When there is an update available, the current version is not available in health check.
Instead it says this

GetSimple Version Upgrade needed to 3.1.2
Download

Should always display current version, and additionally show update info.

added line breaks after version numbers, so version is always on the same line for any status. Before every status was displayed differently.

added missing version number to upgrade status
changed warnmsg to orange, the yellow was hard to read.

changed the us lang strings
"upgrade needed to" to "Upgrade Recommended"
and
"Unable to check. Your version is, to "Update Check Failed!"
And removed non content words. Wrapped version in () where applicable instead.
