"unable to connect to world" Bedrock cant connect to server

Describe the bug

Cant connect with bedrock to server.
Whitelist is off
Onlinemode is on
19132 is open too

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. i used following settings:
   Whitelist off
   Onlinemode on
2. connect to server with bedrock

Expected behavior

connect to server/ ask for java login

use paper 1.16.5 with newest geyse-spigot plugin
