Describe the bug

After recent updates to Geyser, we've encountered an issue where players attempting to connect to the server with outdated versions are no longer receiving the usual notification. Previously, players were informed that the server supports specific versions and that they needed to update their game. Now, instead of this informative message, players receive an error stating that a non-functioning packet was received. This is misleading as players tend to interpret it as a bug or error on the server's side, leading to unnecessary reports to our team.

To Reproduce

Attempt to connect to the server using an outdated version of the game that is not supported by the current Geyser setup.
Observe the error message received.

Expected behaviour

Players using an outdated game version should receive a clear message indicating the versions supported by the server, prompting them to update their game to connect successfully.
