What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. IMMService interface declear error.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

function GetId(ppstrId: LPWSTR): HRESULT; stdcall;

It shall be like this:

function GetId(out ppstrId: LPWSTR): HRESULT; stdcall;

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Delphi 2006, WIN7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.
