Create a new optional variable SELECT_BINARY which should contain the name of the binary you want to run instead of the default binary (from repo or from sourceforge).
The selected binary should be available to the container, so also suggest a new volume /user/binaries which will be where the SELECT_BINARY is expected to be made available to the container.
You will be in charge of providing the binary with the correct architecture and type (regular vs pulseaudio).
