Hi!

I'd like to set in my profile the current timezone, I know when, relative
to me, things were said in the onliner, and when songs are to play, without
doing any computation myself.

Work on something like this has already been planned out, I just need to 
implement it. 
Will be in the codebase before the next millenia :)
