Finalize same-CRS SciPy interpolator reprojection to avoid Rasterio sub-pixel errors,
Finalize mirroring BiasCorr parameters for modular bin and fit,
Use robust tests as in BiasCorr, see list in Improve tests in test_affine once core class restructured with BiasCorr parameters #485,
Document in Update documentation and warnings before 0.1 release #502
