极简化 基于 Cornerstone.js 实现 Dicom Parser &Display 的应用程序

需要http 或 https 远程路径 才能运行

搭建运行环境 :
- 1.安装 XAMPP
- 2.将 CornerstoneNative 下载至本地
- 3.解压后 放置在 XAMPP 安装目录下 htdocs 文件夹下
- 4.启动 APache Web 服务器
- 5.打开浏览器 地址栏输入 127.0.0.1
- 6.选择 CornerstoneNative 文件夹
- 7.填入 URL 就Ok了
