No, it simply means that the Passy store submissions (Microsoft store, Play Store, etc.) are planned to be finished until June 1 2023.

I will maintain Passy for as long as I can, I may only stop maintaining due to personal issues, which is very unlikely, but you may never know, life is fast yet brittle.
If that ever happens I plan to assign someone else to maintain it.
