We tried to upgrade Gluu 4.0 to 4.4.2 with upgrade script. Seems like upgrade script couldn't pull proper shibboleth artifacts ( which are 4.2.1 ) and it's resulting error.

In below screenshot, we can the difference between upgraded server and freshly installed 4.4.2
