I don't see anywhere how to create a ticket.

Can someone please explain what that means?

And what's the difference between what I did and what you asked me to do?

There are two ways to encounter any problem or bug:

  • Create support ticket if you need support from Gluu Engineers in support.gluu.org.
  • If you are sure it's a bug / open "github Issue" here in github in specific branch.
  • Create one ticket in support portal or one issue in github for one problem. i.e if you have issue with scim; that should go in one ticket. If you have problem building oxTrust, that should go in separate ticket.

In both cases, you need to provide proper links ( which you are talking about ), proper description, screenshots or configuration files; that will help us to understand your situation and replicate problem locally.

Please note that, there is no SLA in community support, so you gotta give us some time to test/change/apply situations locally ( until and unless some problem is really hampering operations of community ).

Okay, so why not keep my original ticket and add a link? But really it's all occurrences of gluu.jpg.

I'm sorry to give you the gears on this, but I think you didn't read the ticket and then just closed it. It has all the information it needs.

That might happen but you can always reopen any ticket/issue if required - that's okay with us.

It doesn't seem that I have privileges to do that.
