Some Pog updates
-Visuals now follow your offset
-Scrolling through the song now also updates where you are in the measure rather than just the full measure number
-Changed how notes scale as the come towards the edge. This should result in it not feeling like it's slowing down before it hits the edge quite as much.
-Added double buffering to visuals which improves performance a ton and reduces flickering a ton. It's so much faster that I'm able to update the frame every 8ms rather than every 100ms during song play without the editor being unresponsive.
-Fixed bugs regarding the visuals matching up with the song when you have weird time signatures + bpms (Thanks Shockwave Syndrome for bringing this bug to light...)
