bug with splash animation

if you fall into the ocean from Y 70, the splash animation is rendered, but if you fall from Y 71 or above, the animation is no longer rendered

to reproduce: go to the ocean and type:

/tp ~ 70 ~

then type

/tp ~ 71 ~

Wakes v0.2.0, Fabric 1.20.1

if you are going to fix this bug please make a update to 1.20.1
