Add some integration between Thermal Expansion and Embers (or Embers Rekindled).
Features:
- Ancient Golem Morbs can now be processed in a Centrifugal Separator with an Enstabulation Apparatus augment installed.
- Recycle tools in the Induction Smelter into their corresponding material, although lossy. For example, smelting a bronze axe gives you one bronze (and possibly some slag).
