Set RPE and Feel fields from FIT files for new Garmin watches

New Garmin watches s.t. FR 945 allow to enter RPE and Feel after some activities, the values are included in session messages as undocumented fields which have been decoded in: https://groups.google.com/g/golden-cheetah-users/c/PWonxR40G-E, so they could be used to set corresponding metadata fields to avoid double entry.
Session field 193 is RPE*10, while field 192 is Feel encoded as 0-25-50-75-100
