Similar to how the Activities (e.g. Strava) have an option to "Sync on Startup" - would it be possible to do the same with Body Measures (e.g. Withings weight, etc.?)

Withings cloud service already has the necessary parameters, for the CSV importers we could create a new cloud service with an instance for each Measures group with a folder parameter to configure the origin folder
At sync time the newest file on the folder would be imported, provided it is different from the one imported the last time.
