  • Base for tests
  • Create community
  • Update properties
  • Attach/detach accounts to community bw
  • Register/stop witness
  • Vote/unvote witnesses
  • Auto-change top on votes
  • Auto-change top on vesting updates (will be implemented as part of Autoupdating witnesses top on vesting changes #24)
