Bug report

Provide the steps to reproduce.

  1. Run LH on the LH report

What is the current behavior?
No scripts are highlighted in the bootup time audit

What is the expected behavior?
The ~70ms FunctionCall event nested under Parse HTML is captured by the bootup time audit

Environment Information:
Affected Channels: All
Lighthouse version: v3

This is likely just due to our old implementation of DevtoolsTimelineModel and need to update it. Nothing on LH side we can really do other than re-implement ourselves or update.
