We show it on the initial screen, but we haven't cached the codecs yet. We should probably show this message once the codecs are cached.

We haven't see: #257
We are also discussing making user choose codec as the app gets bigger.
I think we should pick "initial set" codec, and once those are ready, show installed prompt?
