Steps:

  1. Install iOS app
  2. Navigate to signin > forgot password
  3. Enter valid registered email and submit
  4. Observe the error

Actual: Sorry, an error occurred and we could not send you the email. Please try again later. error message is displayed

Expected: Emails should be triggered

  1. Issue also observed for account lock flow
  2. Issue not observed for signup
  3. Issue not observed in Android

Issue is fixed in latest Dev iOS build V10.10

Issue is fixed in latest QA iOS build V10(29)
