A high performance tier for customers willing to pay more. This could be offered as a service, as well. Possible areas for improvements are the following:

  • Cloud Spanner in place of Cloud SQL

  • More powerful database machine type

  • More powerful instance machine type

  • Larger base amount of instances / nodes (GAE / GKE)

  • Heavy gem caching

  • Gem sharding

  • Cloud CDN auto configuration
