We should document and make sure setup is easy for AngularJS applications

I added setup instructions to the README: https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/stackdriver-errors-js#setup-for-angularjs

We could do better and offer an Angular module, but this is a good first step, which solves the initial problem.
