The simulated data generated with sv-gen exceeds the maximum file size allowed in Zenodo (50 GB):

  • sv-gen_coverage.tar: 209 GB
  • sv-gen_insert-size.tar: 248 GB
  • sv-gen_read-length.tar: creating archive...

@lsantuari: Could you provide the sizes for compressed archives? Please include also the sv-callers & sv-channels results in the stats. We might use SURF Data Repository for these large files.
