Cannot configure Azure B2C for Moodle - #11

I am getting the following error, and just not sure what to do next.

"auth_azureb2c\azureb2cclient::tokenrequest:257: Bad response received Data: (string)OpenSSL SSL_connect: SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL in connection to scwonlinedev.b2clogin.com:443"

Is it my config (I think I have done most of it correctly), so not sure which piece of config is missing / incorrect, or whether it is a firewall issue

I have never encountered this error, it could be a firewall issue.

  1. I am not understanding the settings for scope.
  2. and the "resource" setting.
  3. In the screenshots - it said create an app URI, but there seems to be no-where that this is input to the configuration
