No background in lvl > 1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. complete the 1-st lvl (difficulty doesn`t matter) or choose the level in any 
mode

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Firstly I supposed it`s a bg mistake, so I simply copied back1_256.png to 
back2_256.png to see what happens. So, I got the 1-st lvl bg on the 2-nd lvl, 
but still with the same bug - there is a T- like blue area with no texture on 
it. I`ve tried r39 and r31 versions and still no result. 
On lvls >2 the mistake stays the same.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
