Rework info Slack command

The info Slack command is quite old and could use some improvements:

• Improve the message layout (the ASCII table is hard to read on mobile).
• Add number of recent transcriptions (e.g. last 2 weeks).
• Add time that they were last active.
• Add number of total checks and percentage of checked transcriptions.
• Add number and percentage of comments/warning checks.

It could look something like this:
