Datacustodian application infromation id

It is assumed that id with value 1 in application information will be datacustodian. Constant to be used for that.

could you clarify the need; a constant (static structure) for the whole of the applicationInformation instance that is the local host? or just a constant for the Id for that entity.

Here assumption is that application information with id 1 is data custodian. Can that be define in some application constant file. Like all navigation path defined in Route class.

The ApplicationInformation within the OpenESPI code now has a hidden column "kind" which can identify that instance as the DATA_CUSTODIAN_ADMIN. Other values are THIRD_PARTY, and UPLOAD_ADMIN.

Since a given DataCustodian may have more than one instance of any one of these ApplicationInformation records which in essence defines an interface to the DataCustodian, locating by kind and ID is more flexible.
