Anyway to disable the first letter capital for input ?

There's no flag for this at the moment. I suppose it'd be small task to add that attribute and handle it in "setKeyboardLayout". Care to take a whack at it? ;-)

@meleath I attempted to tackle this one, but the but i can't find an un-minified version of /dist/angular-on-screen-keyboard.js, the /js/angular-on-screen-keyboard.js version is somehow different from the dist and the demos don't seem to work with it.
