I am unable to find where the windows store installer has installed the PaintDotNet Executable.

As a developer, I would like to use the windows store version of the application with visual studio.

I was able to locate the executable in:

C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\dotPDNLLC.paint.net_4.212.7454.0_x64__h55e3w7q8jbva\PaintDotNet.exe

when executing via right click open with paint.net I get the following error:

Windows 10 - Visual Studio 2019

Hi Ken, have you entered the path C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\dotPDNLLC.paint.net_4.212.7454.0_x64__h55e3w7q8jbva\PaintDotNet.exe in the VS options for Open In Paint.Net ?

Thanks Ken - I won't be available to investigate/ fix the issue for some time, so in the mean time I can only suggest installing paint dot net directly from https://www.getpaint.net/ rather than from the Windows App Store.

Hi - there is a new version of the extension now available, which may fix this issue. Please let me know, thanks.
