Rework Extension to choose the twitter feed

Hi,

i did not check out the extension in detail but was immediatly wondering why u published so many extensions with all the same goal of displaying twitter feeds, which is a great idea btw! But why not make a general "twitter dev feed" extension that comes with a preset of feeds in a global list which can be edited if u want more feeds in the options to choose from....

I did consider making the feed configurable, but no matter what I tried I could not get any configuration options working within VSTS (even though I know it is entirely possible) so I left it as many extensions rather than one configurable extension. This does have the benefit of being able to give each twitter feed extension its own dedicated icon of course :-) I'll leave this issue open, because one day if I get time I will re-visit the configuration, thanks
