Compatibility fix for CS:GO!

YouTube playback is not working, please leave the .playvideo command disabled otherwise STARK will crash. I don't know how to fix it yet.

Also, sorry for all the DLL spam, you will need those files in order to run STARK. Just extract it into an empty folder and run STARK.exe from there. After upgrading the NuGet packages in order to work with Visual Studio 2019 it doesn't want to compile the libraries statically into the executable, so you will have to do with this for now.

So... I decided to update the YoutubeExplode library again once in a while, and now I'm finally deciding to use the fucking Releases tab, Jesus Christ.
Because I completely fucked up the versioning for this project (it was always 1.1.0 since I forked it -_-) I'm deciding to use date instead.

Well, here it is. Please note that the commands listed in the game console are not all commands. I haven't updated the script. I have very poorly documented this project. I made a fucking mess. If you wanna see all commands then go to the commands tab, or go look through all my commits as that's where I documented the commands usage.

Also, every time you restart STARK, you will have to set up the command permissions in the Commands tab all over again as I've never added it into STARK's settings saving thing.

Oh and if you're still here and wondering what happened to my STARK rewrite, I lost motivation because I can't find an easy way to play Opus files in Python. If you know any way to play Opus files in Python, do cross-platform TTS, and cross-platform audio with specific audio devices in mind, then please tell me about it because then I might get my motivation back to work on my STARK rewrite in Python.
